Manager (Works)
Qualification	:	Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience	:	4 years experience in the Automobile sector, in senior positions, of which 2 years in the cadre of Manager or equivalent. Should have substantial exposure in all aspects of Production, Product development, Maintenance and Quality control. Preference will be given to candidates having adequate administrative exposure and capability in managing a work force of approximately 20 workmen engaged in the production of automobiles.
Age limit	:	50 years as on 01.06.2009
Salary	:	Consolidated Pay (Negotiable)
II. Manager Sales (Marketing and Sales)
Qualification	:	Degree in Engineering with MBA (Marketing)
Experience	:	5 Years. The candidate should have 5 years of post qualification experience [after MBA (Marketing), preferably in automobiles Sales/ Marketing]
Job requirement	:	He should be prepared to travel extensively and develop new markets. Develop a good Dealer Network maintaining current, which can contribute substantially towards increasing the market shares of the Company. Meeting budgeted targets. Dealer Servicing. Managing all Sales activities of company products and of any other principals, starting from determining specifications, contract review, issuing Works Orders and Order Acceptances, coordinating, and effecting after sales service. Collecting Market intelligence on competitors, customers, Technology trends through networking, Field visits and assessing market potential for Goel Tempo Pvt. Ltd. Capturing all market intelligence data, analyzing events and trends having impact on existing sales & Marketing Policies. Good Liaison and networking skills. Good Geographical knowledge.
